There is a science to dreaming. An old man with a beard once told me that during the day all our thought are stored in our brain like a flock of captured birds. Each one of these creatures holds a transient thought, an obsolete moment or sometimes even something we never wanted to remember.
As sleep drifts over our consciousness these birds are released, left to cause havoc as they soar and collide with one another. As they collide random images from our conscious memory are created forming the basis of our dreams.
